E Commerce and E Business often we read every time we browse the Internet or read in newspapers and business magazines, is what the notion of E Commerce and E Business are two completely different but unfortunately most of us are always trade usage. The reason behind this misuse lies in the meaning of "business" and "commerce" in English. But there is a difference between e-commerce and e-business.

There are many wise people understand the difference between them and there's always a debate between the two groups about the differences and similarities between e commerce and e business.

The purpose of writing this article is to clarify the difference between the two, because it is a phenomenon completely different.

The fundamental difference between the two is as follows:

3. To sell online is e-commerce, but to bring and retain customers and educating them online about products or services, including e business. Having a website to do that is not enough.

But, make professional sites built with the latest technology to capture the attention of visitors and won the appreciation, then that is what is needed. When money is involved, then the first thing users are looking for is safety and security of using the money. Having a website with good quality is essential.

4. When Dell sells computers, laptops, monitors, printers, accessories, etc. online, then this is no longer an e commerce but e business. why I say so. When visitors come to the website, the first thing he did was look at the website design and conduct navigation, and the things that will help him find what he wants.

And, if he immediately found on the page he was looking for, he will find information related thereto. The information provided should be interesting and eliminate doubt to the visitors, who change become a client. Until now, no money has been exchanged or discussed. So, if this is e-commerce? 5. E Commerce also has established a process that involves attract customers, suppliers and external partners, while e business includes such internal production processes, inventory management, product development, risk management, finance and others.

Overall, e commerce can be described as the use of the Internet and the Web for business transactions. More formally, digitally enabled commercial transactions between organizations and individuals.

On the other hand, e business can be described as a digital process that allows the transaction process in the company, involving information systems under strong control. In addition, e business applications can fall into the e commerce as an exchange of value occurs.
