Disney Channel prepares the series 'Madison High' based on 'High School Musical'

The pilot will begin production in March with actress Alyson Reed reprising his role as Mrs. Darbus already had in the movie.

Disney Channel is currently preparing a new musical comedy bearing the tentative title of 'Madison High. The chain wants to build on the success of tetralogy of movies 'High School Musical' starring Zach Efron and Vanessa Hudgens for this new musical fiction.
